This is probably the best Ford dealership I have been to. They ordered my new truck and were able to get it fast tracked from factory in less than 2 months. And the sales people were amazing.
Victor was great in that he wanted to earn our business and was helpful and friendly. Previously we didn’t really get the feeling that upland cared to sell us a truck but after going in, we’re glad victor was able to help us. All in all it was a good experience, everyone in there that night was awesome. Only thing I would say is that the truck wasn’t cleaned very well for us to drive away in and there was an indent in the back in the tail gate

Taylor was very helpful and prompt during our search for our new Ford plug in hybrid. If it wasn't for Taylor, we probably wouldn't have purchased the car. Unfortunately, we we're not prepared when we met with the finance person and she presented all the extended warranty and service plans. California law required it to be purchased through a licensed dealership so we could not compare pricing with Ford corporate, so we're not sure if we got a good deal on that portion.

Placing an order for my 2025 Ford Maverick hybrid went smoothly with the dealership, Miguel in sales and the team did a great job supporting my order and following up with the delivery which was pretty much as expected and no surprises. I don't have experience with the service department yet, but at this stage I have no problem to recommend them to potential Ford customers.
